Secured Future with Vodafone UK: The Larbert based company HEROtsc has announced that it has secured future with Vodafone UK. HEROtsc has hit a major partnership deal with Vodafone UK that will take over the ownership. HEROtsc currently runs seven call centres in Scotland and one in England. All 600 employees at Vodafones Warrington centre will be transferred to HEROtsc. Security for Operations: ![]() In last April, HEROtsc – then called TSC announced it would probably have to lay off more than 200 employees after contractor T-Mobile moves work overseas. However, few months later the HEROtsc enjoyed a turnaround in fortunes after it secured a large contract with broadcaster Sky, and additional business from the new client had sparked a recruitment drive to fill posts at its call centre in Larbert. David Turner, HEROtsc’s chief executive, said, “The deal with Vodafone strengthens our operations in Scotland, because for the past nine years we've been running Vodafone's pre-pay operations from our centres in Kilmarnock and Dunoon." He further added, "All those lost T-Mobile jobs were replaced and this new Vodafone is a multi-year deal, which provides security for our operations in Scotland and it takes us on their high-value contract customers."
