Skype Allows VoIP Calls Over 3G Networks:

Consumers can choose to buy an iPad for making cheap international calls easily using VOIP. The iPad may turn out to be an emergency mobile phone by using VoIP applications like Truphone, Skype or Vopium. Skype and Truphone both offer integrated IM clients and Vopium even offer a remote backup service.

Consumers have to have a proper Bluetooth headset like the GN Netcom BT530 Bluetooth Headset to use iPad as a phone or, they need to use the device's microphone and the inbuilt speakers. Hence, making cheap international calls from iPad, mobile phones or landlines is now so safe and reliable as well as affordable instead of paying high telephone bills. Consumers have to add access numbers before dialling abroad mobile or landline numbers.
