Talktalk Follows BT In Rising Landline Rental: Talktalk announced its new monthly rental plans hiking charges in line rental and call packages that will take affect from this October. Talktalk has become the second land-line service provider in UK to follow BT that had a similar announcement in July. BT has raised its monthly line rental by 50p to £12.04. TalkTalk said, line rental for home phone customers is to increase by 5% from £11.49 to £12.04 a month, while daytime calls will rise from 5.8p to 6.4p per minute. Best Value Services: Debbie Roff spokeswoman for TalkTalk said, “The price rises are in line with both BT and the market.” She added that the company still offers the best value home phone and broadband services in the UK. TalkTalk said PC Pro that this was a price rise, not a tax, and that the 100,000 figure referred to the entire industry, whereas TalkTalk was positioned at the budget end of the market anyway. Making Cheap International Calls From The UK: Making international calls is now so easy but many people are still struggling to find out the best service provider. As of now consumers can simply add an access number in their mobile phones or in landlines and can make unlimited cheap international calls having good quality of voice. Simply add the access number and the country code and make desired calls at your convenient time. |
